While running the follow ampl script:

model wspcvar2.mod;
data Network1.100.4.dat;
let gamma := .05;
problem wspcvar;

let lambda := 10000;
option solver PICO;
option PICO_options "lpType=soplex integerTolerance=0.0001 usingCuts=false

initialDive=true mipHeuristic=true";

option show_stats 1;
display lambda, maxCVaR;
display CVaR, VaR, volumeConsumed;

received error:

CAP 12/08: I'm not sure we have the files to reproduce this test.

This problem could well have been legitimately running out of memory.

Double check.
