The Java algorithm extension was found to have some bugs. The bugs have been fixed, and the API documentation changed, extended, and corrected. The 4.2.3 release will have the revised API included in the distribution, including Javadocs, an example of the MVNN algorithm coded in Java, and the .jar file with the interface class. The source and binary are scheduled to be posted on April 1st, 2010. This release only addresses the Java bug, so users of 4.2.2 who do not have customized algorithms will not need to upgrade.
